1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Customer" or "User") and Pacific Designs. If you do not agree to all terms, you must refrain from using this website and purchasing our services.
2. Custom Manufacturing & Specifications
All bespoke boxes, mailers, and custom-branded packaging materials are produced in accordance with technical specifications, dielines, and proofs approved by you prior to production. Slight variations in shade, texture, and registration may occur within standard industrial printing tolerances.
3. Orders, Pricing & Payments
- Orders are confirmed only upon receipt of the required advance or full payment through our approved, secure payment gateways.
- Pricing is determined based on volume, raw material costs, and customization parameters. For details, please consult our Pricing Policy.
- Applicable GST, shipping fees, and customization surcharges are indicated at checkout or on official proforma invoices.
4. Shipping, Transit & Delivery
We process orders according to the timelines specified in our Shipping Policy. While we partner with reputable courier providers, estimated transit times are subject to carrier schedules and unforeseen logistical conditions.
5. Cancellations, Returns & Replacements
Orders are subject to the specific terms set forth in our Cancellation Policy and Refund & Return Policy. Because packaging is manufactured or packed specifically to order, all sales are final, and returns are not accepted except in verified cases of transit damage or manufacturing defects reported within 7 days.
6. Intellectual Property & Customer Artwork
All trademarks, designs, graphics, and website materials are the intellectual property of Pacific Designs. When submitting logos or branding assets for custom manufacturing, you warrant that you possess full legal rights and authorization to use such marks and agree to indemnify Pacific Designs against any third-party copyright or trademark claims.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Pacific Designs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from product use, delivery delays, or operational disruptions. In all events, our total aggregate liability is limited strictly to the amount paid for the specific order in dispute.
8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms and any disputes arising out of them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Kolkata, West Bengal.
