Order Cancellation Before Processing
- Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of placement for a full refund.
- Once processing begins, cancellation may not be possible.
Customized Orders
Orders with custom branding or personalization cannot be canceled once production starts.
Shipped Orders
If an order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, you may refer to our Return & Refund Policy if applicable.
Refunds
Approved cancellations will be refunded within 5–7 business days via the original payment method.
